Who are you at your most primal and wild, when the layers of conditioning fall away and only raw truth remains? Can you feel the sacredness and quiet reverence of Life as you step barefoot onto the Earth, connecting to the altar of presence? When wind, water, fire and stone brush your skin, do you sense the elements speaking? When the Sun and the Moon cast their light across your face and expand the edges of your Soul, does something inside you awaken and remember? Is your inner child still able to hold their attention and senses in those awe-inspiring moments Nature offers—those times that take your breath and reorient your heart?

Come, take off your masks. Turn off the buzzing technology that siphons our essence and distracts us from the ineffable, glorious presence of existence on this Planet. Tune in to the quiet wisdom, the teachings and the personal messages the Spirit of the Earth and each element brings to imbue us with renewed strength and meaning. Lay down your burdens, come into peace, howl from deep within your core. Let everything crack open and be cradled by Mother Earth. She will transmute all you bring to her when you surrender fully. She welcomes you; she has been waiting and softly beckoning you to return Home.

Emily has always carried a profound reverence for Nature. From birth she felt the stars in her bones, fire in her heart, water in her emotions, the Earth’s minerals in her blood and the steady strength of trees in her spirit — and she has never left that knowing. For as long as she can remember she has helped others come back to the Earth, whether through spiritual communion, ceremony, ritual, meditation, somatic movement and dance, or by backpacking across extraordinary mountain ranges, jungles, high deserts and coastal regions to meet nature’s and our own challenges and celebrations firsthand.
