Integrative Body Work Session

Available only locally. This session combines the techniques of craniosacral, neuromuscular, myofascial release, intuitive energy clearing and charging, trigger point, stretching, surrogate breath-work, to not only open your body; but to open your heart and mind. This work helps release old holding patterns and pain places in the musculoskeletal system while focusing on energy work to allow the client to clear their energy field and let go of blockages and stagnation.

7 Week Integrative Body Work & Chakra Healing

This package is designed to take place over the course of 7 consecutive weeks. Each session can last up to 3 hours. With each session we will be going through your history, your core traumas and beliefs. Focusing body, mind and energy on each specific Chakra beginning at the Root and ending at the Crown. We will begin with a grounding and opening meditation directed to activate the Chakra of the day. We will infuse work, tools, teaching and energy work targeted to open up the pathways for the individual chakra while clearing out stagnation, old holding patterns and traumas using energy work, breathwork and consciousness built for each energy center. Leaving you at the end of each session with practices, mantras, somatic movement, meditations and other tools to carry with you. Emily will be available for guidance throughout the week/weeks of your sessions.
